Establece habilitar una PC en modo tiempo libre pagado desde la cuenta.

Minimum version for the target server required: v17.3.85.

Input parameters:

• CommandClass = _CCCSETFREETIME.
• Param1 = target CyberName.
• Param2 = SessionToken.
• Param3 = PCNameID.
