Purpose:
It returns the scoring rank information from the account from the target server. If the target server belongs to a clan, and the correct policy is enabled, the scoring rank is the same for the whole clan, as servers are synchronized.
If the scoring rank picture is not uploaded yet, it will return an invalid value, and will order to upload the image automatically, then a second call to this function will return the url for the image (call again 10 seconds later).
Minimum version for the target server required: v17.1.60.
Input parameter:
- CommandClass = _GETUSERDATA3
- Param1 = Target CyberName.
- Param2 = Session Token.
